Directions: From Byron, OK. Go 7 miles east on Latimer Rd to CR720 (blacktop), then 3 miles north to curve CR 50, then 1 mile east, Or from Manchester, OK. Go 3 miles south to CR 50, then 5.5 miles west. OR from Tract 1 go 4 miles north, ½ mile east

Terms on Mineral Rights: 10% of the total purchase price will be placed in escrow the day of the auction with the balance being due at closing. Seller believes they own all of the mineral rights, but the Buyer will have 30 days to do their due diligence. Title will transfer by a Mineral Quit Claim Deed. No abstract will be provided.
