Access to this property is pretty simple yet not so easy for everyone.
In the Town of EMO from the corner of Highway 11 and Highway 602 it is only 7 kilometers or 4.3 miles south to Fisher Road and then another 6 kilometers or 3.7 miles to where you park your vehicle and get onto the trail to the property.
That is only 13 kilometers or 8 MILES from town.
That places you within 1.6 kilometers or ONE MILE of the property then you park your truck and then use your ATV or ARGO to get to the property on an ATV/ARGO trail straight north to the property.
How long does it take to go 1 mile or 1.6 kilometers?
Taking your time, probably 10 minutes or so.
At most you can shop for groceries, go to a restaurant, get gas and other supplies within 20 minutes form your property.
About half the property is high and dry .
About ¼ of the property is wetlands with a creek and pods
About ¼ of the property is lower land that mostly wet only in the spring after the snowmelt.
