AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY to own a cottage on the third largest island in beautiful Lake Superior, in the Province Of Ontario, Canada.

The cabin sits nestled on 1.8 acres of natural Lake Superior beauty with approximately 250 feet of lake frontage
On the worlds largest freshwater lake.
That’s right it is LAKE SUPERIOR!
The cabin is a two story wood structure measuring approximately 21 feet 5 inches in length by 13 feet 4.5 inches in width.
The upstairs loft measures approximately 14 feet in length by 7 feet in width, containing two built in twin beds.
The cabin walls were covered with Luan (a plywood panel ) between the studs back in 2012.
The linoleum flooring was old and removed at the same time exposing the plywood flooring.
The cabin has a cooking woodstove and wood burning fireplace to keep everything warm.
A pump by the sink was installed for water in order to pump water from the lake.
A screened in porch in need of repair sits partially to the front and side of the cabin.
The roof of the cabin is approximately 28 years old and the dock out front has had major damage from ice and storms over the past few years and needs to be replaced.
The last time the cabin was stained was around 12 years ago.
The cabin is rustic but has propane lighting that the original owners installed.
The property is a beautiful campsite with gorgeous views of the harbor dotted with smaller islands and the main body of Lake Superior facing south.
Great fishing, boating, agate hunting while exploring and many smaller lakes tucked into the islands interior for fishing and hiking the Canadian bush.
