There are two large ponds at the northeast section of this property.
One pond of about 6 acres in size is wholly within the property.
The other pond is about 10 acres in size and about 3 acres of that pond lies within the property.
These two ponds are connected and fed by the North Driftwood Creek which in turn flows into the North Driftwood River to the southeast.
Part of this property had the trees harvested some years ago and when you look at the aerial photos you will see that.
New growth is coming up very well and growing taller each passing year.
Typical trees on this property are Spruce Trees, Balsam Trees, Poplar Trees, Birch Trees and some Jack Pine trees.
The property is mostly level throughout and there are some lower areas in the northeast corner of the property where the ponds are located.

The small game hunting is very good with plenty of partridge and rabbit in season.
The big game hunting is also very good.

In the nearby Kettle Lakes Provincial park about 1.6 kilometers or 1 mile to the west you can access many of the Kettle Lakes.
There are lakes where you can fish for Walleye and Northern Pike and Perch.
There are lakes where you can fish for Speckle Trout, Rainbow Trout and Lake Trout.
Pick the fish species and then pick the lake.
HOW TO GET TO THIS PROPERTY?
There are a couple of ways to get to this property.
The simplest way is to get onto a real good ATV/ARGO off the Municipal Road and then ATV/ARGO for 5 kilometers to the property.
The trail parallels the hydro electric transmission line and goes through Crown lands all the way to the property.
The second way is to drive east on Finn Road off Municipal Road until you get to the end of the road.
The road ends at the Sage Gold compound.
If you get permission from Sage Gold to enter their compound and drive through their property then from the end of Finn Road to the property is only 2.1 kilometers. All on a real good gravel road.
The road goes lengthwise through the property for 1.2 kilometers.
This road eventually comes down to Highway 101 at the south end at the St. Andrews Goldfields site.
We got permission to drive through the Sage Gold property to get to the property in order to take pictures.
A new property owner could negotiate their own access deal with Sage Gold.
