Capitan is home of Smoky the Bear and the Capitan Mtns. A grocery store and all amenities are there. 5 plus restaurants. The home is on a scenic drive and Billy the Kid art loop. The view from the cabin is of the world class ski resort(SKI APACHE)or Sierra Blanca. There is a non functioning water well.There is water but the pipe has been pulled. I still have the tank and its in good shape. The house needs improvements but comparatively cheep, New roof over 70%. Mostly paying for the view, location and amenities. Cool 6000 ft elevation in the summer. Comparatively mild winters. I live in Utah so I am no easily able to show it. The location is easy to find and its on a well maintained road. Its on a dead end road with 3 neighbors and barely off the highway but no highway noise. I will consider owner financing with down payment.
