There is a 1 acre minimum with the exception of waterfront properties. Our real estate listings include land and homes with acreage, farms, ranches, country homes, horse properties, estates, recreational land for hunting and fishing, rural retreats, agriculture, timberlands etc... you get the idea.
I don't have photos of my property. Is this a mandatory requirement?
Photos are not a requirement but they are an essential part of the listing! Properties with photos do much better than those without photos.
Are there any charges for making changes to my ad once it is posted?
