No Anhydrous Ammonia has ever been applied to these lands. This has proven to be a relatively sure crop area, #2 and #5 have reverse osmosis water lines buried below the frost depth. #2 actually has two separate parts because it is divided by the CNR main line. South of the CN 44.45 acres and North of the CN main line 102.92 acres. The North side has the reverse osmosis water under it. The above acreage is combined on the land listed because the R.M. has only one taxable assessment for the whole quarter. This quarter is directly East of Watrous (Population 2000) between 1 and 2 kilometers. The rest of the surface titles are south of title number 2, in one block. #7 was the site of the past Kilmory School Yard. It is about 295 feet X 295 feet. This site has a separate title and can be sold separately. Title # 4 has an old yard site with some trees and grass, #2- 3300 bushel bins. Power is about one kilometer away on the same quarter. Reverse osmosis under #5 is about 200 meters from the yard site on #4.
The present owners believe that the minimum acreage that the R.M. will allow to be subdivided is 10 acres. The present owners have not made application to the rural municipality for any of the subdivisions of acreages.
