TERMS 
Successful bidders will deposit 10% of the purchase price at the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, personal or company check with a bank letter of guarantee (as indicated in brochure), sign a real estate sales contract with the balance due at closing within thirty (30) days. 5% Buyer’s Premium Added!

BROKER PARTICIPATION 
Any broker actively licensed in the State of West Virginia who properly registers the successful high bidder of any tract or combination of tracts will be paid 2% commission at settlement by the seller. Registration must be on the Red Hawk Auction & Realty, LC Broker Participation form and received before 7pm, October 7th, 2008. From Charleston: Travel North on I-79 to exit 40 for Big Otter and Route 16. Take Route 16 North to Grantsville. Stay on Route 16 North as it merges and splits from Routes 119 and 33. At Grantsville, travel West on Route 5 for 14 miles to Creston. Turn Left at Creston and go across bridge (CR 9). At end of bridge, turn Left and go 5.6 miles.
