The Legacy Ranches at Montecristo is a mountain development comprised of 72 lots (all at least 40 acres or more). The development was completed in the 1990s. It is accessed off Ant Flat Road about 20 miles Northeast of Huntsville, Utah.
If you are looking for hunting, there are thousands of acres of National Forest land to the East and thousands of acres of State land to the West. Deer, elk, and moose, are all found in the area. Excellent fishing is just a quick, 20 minute drive from the property on Pineview Reservoir or Beaver Creek.
