Directions To Property:
This tract is located one hour from Knoxville, one hour from Chattanooga, and about 20 minutes from Crossville. From the East on I-40, take Exit 347, go South on US 27, go 22.5 miles, turn Right on Hwy. 68 North toward Crossville, go 5 miles to flashing yellow light. After flashing yellow light, on top of plateau, take the first right on Possum Trot Road (there is no street sign), go 3.6 miles, and the property is on both sides of the road. From the South on I-75 take Exit 60, go North toward Spring City. After Spring City at the top of the plateau, you will see the flashing yellow light mentioned in the directions from the East. Follow those directions from this point. From the West and North, exit from I-40 where US 127 intersects I-40, follow 127 South. 127 turns off to the right at Homestead. At this point continue straight on Hwy. 68, go approximately 15 or 20 miles. Look for Carol's Country Store on the left. Turn into the store and turn around going back the way you came, and take an immediate right on Possum Trot Road (no sign). Go 3.6 miles; property is on both sides of the road.
